Wednesday Toybox: Smartvibes Edition, plus a follow-up review!

This week’s toybox find is brought to you by the incredible world of technology. I swear, technology so often makes me feel like:

And after the little treat I gave myself this week, I love it even more. We’ll get to that in a minute, though. This week I want to show you another vibe that takes control and customization to a new level: The Ola, by Minna.

This little (not so little?) baby boasts pressure sensitivity as a control function, rather than the standard clicks, buttons, or sliders that select factory presets in other vibrators. Further, you can actually ‘record’ patterns and it will loop them for you. It’s like a hybrid sextoy/loop-sampler/theremin. And, it’s rechargeable and waterproof. Pretty useful review and video can be found here: .

Next up – a mini review from yours truly!

A couple of weeks ago I filled out an online survey about e-cigs, for science, and for an Amazon giftcard. Last week – Thursday, in fact, I got my giftcard. After perusing my wishlist and thinking dirty thoughts, I decided that the Muse vibe I posted in last Wednesday’s Toybox was just too intriguing to pass up. Amazingly, after placing the order Friday night, it was in my mailbox Monday afternoon.

The first thing that impressed me was that the Muse is NOT big. For some reason, all the pictures I’ve seen of it made it seem like it was about the size of a large grapefruit. Not so, my friend. It’s a wee little bunny, a smidge larger than a golfball. Also, it wobbles. Like a Weeble Wobble.  Dead serious.

I’m still not 100 percent sure about the geometry of the Weeble Vibe Muse, as things just aren’t that cut and dried in shape when it comes to the female sexual anatomy. Still, it does the job and does it well. I am not yet completely familiar with all the combination of patterns, but it does do this neat soft-to-intense loop on several of the settings. And it’s powerful – quite powerful. Surprisingly so, given its cute little size. I’m actually a little wigged by the few reviews I found claiming that it wasn’t powerful enough. Different strokes, I guess!

Here, have a hottie:
